Solution design

If you don't already have a detailed specification of your needs, we do it together. We analyze existing processes, organizational and technological footprints in your company. Through workshops we define what is it that you want to improve and we translate that into CRM goals. This helps us make draft solution models with cost benefit analysis, consequential implementation plans and financial estimations. These are all well documented and delivered to you in a form of detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

Together we design new system or we optimise existing one, according to best CRM practices, your budget and cost benefit analysis.

Customizations and development

We customize SuiteCRM to your needs. When we have a detailed requirement specification, we provide you with a fixed price proposal and implementation time plan. During development process we engage in regular weekly, on-site or remote, coordination meetings with you in order to go together through what's being done. This way we receive immediate feedback which helps us navigate more precisely through functional details. Before each code release we go through an established testing process. In the end, in the last phase of a project, we run a rigorous end-to-end testing ourselves and also help in making test scenarios for you.

Third party applications integration

CRM solutions we deliver are rarely isolated systems and there is almost always a need for their integration with other applications. We've done integrations with various ERP solutions, BI systems, webshops, project management tools, retail applications, cashiers, telephone systems, scener solutions and various specific applications or services. 
We have established processes and methodology for integration projects and we usually use Spring Integration as an integration orchestrator. Beside the implementation itself we run project preparation, requirement gathering and third side communication.

If you don't want your CRM to exist as an isolated island but as a part of a bigger whole, there will be a need for application integration. We've done numerous such projects.

Data migration

Data migrations are integral part of almost every CRM Project. Some of our CRM Project were focused solely on data migration from one or more systems to the SuiteCRM. Every migration is a peculiar case but there are certain steps which are common in migration process.

Beside project training, which is a stdandard part of a project delivery, we offer separate CRM training session for our Clients. These can be technological or business oriented. Trainings can be on-site or remote, we provide you with video materials and custom user guides, tailored specifically to your needs.

Support

We offer various support options:
  • No Contractual obligation: there is no Support Contract and we support you upon your contact, based on predefined hourly charges. Response time is as soon as possible. 
  • Standard support package: there is a contractual relationship and monthly lump sum which covers unlimited bugs and incident solving, regular backups, continuous systems performance care, countinuous system optimizations and new releases implementation. Response time is strictly defined based on the severity of the problem.
  • Advanced support package: it covers everything as standard model but it also contains additional hours for consultation services, implementation of change requests, 24/7 service, etc. Response time is strictly defined based on the severity of the problem.

We want to become your longterm Partner. Through continuous support we cooperate on evolution of your business. But support is not mandatory of course nor is support type determinated. We want to offer you full flexibility in choosing the model you want to acquire. It's up to us to prove its worth.
